Tom joined the Polyglot team as Administrator in July 2007. Prior to this he spent three years in the Fashion industry as a supply chain co-ordinator and general logistical guru. Being English Tom studied in the UK and received a Bachelor of Business Studies with Honours from Sheffield Hallam University.
He also worked as a marketing analyst for Safeway in the UK, a waiter, barman, pot washer, indignant video shop worker and industrial conveyor belt scraper salesman (long story). This is his first foray into the arts industry and is very excited about it. Outside of work Tom plays soccer when he can, and is producing a feature film shot in sunny Melbourne and loves to read (a lot).

Melbourne International Arts Festival Artistic Director Kristy Edmunds has announced that she has programmed Polyglot Puppet Theatre's The Big Game in her final 2008 festival.

Our popular show Check Out! started its Victorian schools tour this week, starring Mischa Long and Bruce Paterson.

- Muckheap QAC schools tour on the road
The ever popular Muckheap schools tour started on Monday 21 July in Gympie, Queensland. From there, the show will tour around the state supported by the Queensland Arts Council.
We have two new performers Janine Watson and Dave Sleswick on board for this tour and we wish them the best of luck.
