DAVE SLESWICK is a performer, producer and teacher and is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology Creative Industries Faculty (Drama). Dave was the General Manager / Producer of Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre (2006 - 2007) and is now a member of the company's performance ensemble. Dave began training with Zen Zen Zo in 2003 and completed the annual Company Internship program in 2006. Credits with Zen Zen Zo include Sub-Con Warrior 2.0 (performer), Dracula (2007, producer), Sub-Con Warrior 1 (2006, performer / producer) Those with Lucifer (stage manager), An End to Dreaming (2006, performer) and Macbeth - World Shakespeare Congress (2006 - performer). He has trained with international artists Yumiko Yoshioko (Butoh), Ellen Lauren (Viewpoints, Suzuki) and Steph Kehoe (Lecoq). In 2007, Dave travelled to New York to train in the Suzuki Method, Viewpoints and directing with Anne Bogart and the SITI Company (supported by Arts Queensland). Other credits include: Transitions, What's the Appeal (Revolving Door Theatre Company), A Success Story, Blocked Memory (QUT), Snagged, Sunshine (Vena Cava Theatre), Watermark (Brisbane River Festival), Assassins (Warehaus Theatre/ QPAC), Electrickery (Butterfly Theatre Company - Woodford Folk Festival) and Muckheap (Polyglot Puppet Theatre / Queensland Arts Council).
