Working with a Polyglot artist, children from the Currajong School and Stonnington Primary School will create bridges to be exhibited as a soundscape/installation at the Pets in the Park Festival in the City of Stonnington. The children's bridges will range from the prosaic to the outrageous, depending on the particular vision and technical invention of each child.
The exhibition will be visually arresting: using colour, texture and form to make the most of the imaginative space the child enters. Bridge the Gap explores issues of connection, working with the image of bridges over issues of cultural and economic difference, over space and time, between old and new. Our bridges express the need for links between children who need connection more than anything.

Our public construction extravaganza We Built This City got underway at the Warrnambool Fun4Kids Childrens Festival this weekend and runs until Sunday.
Performances are 10.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4pm, starting Sunday 30 June and run through to Sunday 7 July.

Polyglot's artist Mischa Long has worked with children from the Currajong School to create a visual representation of our new show Check Out!.
The exhibition is currently on show at the Phoenix Park Library, corner of Rob Roy Road and Ivanhoe Grove, Malvern East and running until the 27 June.
