Ally Catterick has a background in publicity. She ran a boutique arts and entertainment publicity agency for 10 years, with a client list including arts and cultural festivals - (including Melbourne Fringe Festival for 5 years), comedians including Rove McManus, Eddie Izzard and Wil Anderson and a plethora of independent theatre, visual arts and dance events. Most recently she was Publicity Manager for the Melbourne International Arts Festival (2002, 2003) under the Artistic Directorship of Robyn Archer. Taking a step back from the arts in 2004, Ally now works in publicity strategy for conservation organisations including Fauna & Flora International and Greening Australia, as well as being co-owner/buyer of a fashion boutique. Still keeping her hand in the Arts, alongside Polyglot Puppet Theatre she sits on the board of contemporary dance company Lucy Guerin Inc and is also a director of the Brian McCarthy Moosehead Awards, an organisation that provides grants for innovative ideas in comedy.

Kirsty currently combines working with the Monash University Academy of Performing Arts with the development of her company Artistic Merit.
She has significant experience in the arts including her role as the inaugural manager of the Esso BHP Billiton Wellington Entertainment Centre in Sale, where she was responsible for the development of strategy and programming that developed the reputation of the centre as a leading regional venue.
She was the founding co-artistic director of the Water Water Festival and was awarded an Asialink Arts Management Residency which she undertook in Indonesia in 2002. Kirsty has worked for Arts Victoria and The Arts Centre amongst others.
Prior to joining the board of Polyglot Puppet Theatre, she has held other board positions with Astra and Gippsland Regional Arts Sale. She is a fellow of the Gippsland Community Leadership Program.

Along side his design practice, he has considerable experience in teaching. He is currently the Head of Postgraduate Design studies at the Victorian College of the Arts - one of Australia's premier Arts training institutions.
Most recently he has designed Raymonda for the Australian Ballet, The Pirates of Penzance for Opera Australia, Riflemind for the Sydney Theatre Company and All My Sons for the Melbourne Theatre Company. He is currently designing My Fair Lady for Opera Australia, The Coronation of Poppea for the Victorian Opera and Frost/Nixon for the Melbourne Theatre Company.
He is the recipient of four Greenroom Awards. He won best design for Drama in 1998 for Stolen, and in 2000 for the original production of Life After George and best design in Dance in 2001 for Requiem and in 2004 for Molto VivaceSarah is a freelance puppeteer and theatre director. She is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, Drama School. During 2000, she was awarded a Churchill Fellowship and spent six months studying at Teatro San Martin School of Puppetry in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since returning from Argentina, she has worked extensively as a puppeteer and in film, television and theatre. She is one of the co-editors for the Australian Puppeteer's Magazine.
